Administrator Designee
pay rate: starting at $45,000/Year
As an Administrator Designee, you get to maintain state compliance in all areas of operation and ensure company policies are being followed by all staff and residents. You’re in charge of daily operations and get to build a team around you to help support!

- Maintain state compliance in all areas of operation
- Ensure company policies are followed by all managers and staff
- Ensure resident rights and dignity are maintained
- Ensure residents are receiving care according to their care plan
- Ensure resident care plans are updated as needed and rewritten annually
- Ensure progress notes for residents are written daily
- Ensure resident safety
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Assist with the QMPs
- Weekly medication ordering and follow-up
- Staff training on medication ordering
- Weekly narcotic count auditing
- New hire training and paperwork
- General ongoing training of staff
- Monitor staff’s performance and make corrections as needed
- Follow-up on incorrect documentation and holes in MAR
- Weekly med cart audit
- Daily monitoring of med cart and other med storage areas
- Weekly destruction of D/C meds
- Daily MAR audits
- Staff training on proper medication storage
- Report medication errors to Brenda and fill out med error incident report
- Physician communication
- Guardian/family communication
- Communication with Brenda of any resident decline, injury, etc.
- Monitor correct documentation in 24 hour log and follow-up with staff
- Ensure monthly activity calendar is completed & posted by the 1st of each month
- Follow activity calendar and monitor other staff on activities
- Follow-up with shift tasks and ensure they are being done
- Discourage negativity in other staff members and give direction on problem solving
- Weekly grocery order and ensure menu is posted where residents can read it
- Cover shifts as needed if staff call in and no other staff can cover
- Dependable with own shifts – lead by example with company attendance policy
