Administrator Designee in Training
As an Assistant Manager, you’re the right hand of our administrator designee. You get to oversee daily tasks that are meant to be completed by our care staff as well as make weekly plans to ensure a smooth operating home.
This position is a training position for our Administrator Designee. You will learn the Gardens Care way and must show dedication and initiative to learn and operate a home. This is an entry level position to the pathway of becoming and Administrator for Gardens Care. It does require a 2 year commitment.
Each of our 22 homes are managed by an Administrative Designee. This individual must possess many attributes: Maintain state compliance, Maintain HIPAA compliance. Manage and Maintain staff training and performance as well as company policies and procedures. Ensure resident safety, uphold resident rights, dignity and care per resident care plans. Able to perform med cart audits and oversee narcotic counts and proper QMAP performance. Full job description and requirements available at interview. This is an on call position.
- Bachelor’s Degree recommended
- Assisted Living Administrators License Required
- QMAP Certification or willing to obtain
- Caregiving Experience 2-3 years
- 2 Year Employment Commitment
- 40 Hours Per Week
